As easy as it can be to go for that delicious chocolate bar, they can actually make you feel more tired and lethargic. Fresh fruit and vegetables are just as easy to snack on and won’t leave you feeling sluggish.

On a personal level here at Flying Duck we find that creativity is a wonderful outlet when we are struggling with our mental well- being. Venting through painting or writing is useful to release unwanted anger, stress or sadness. You don’t have to be a professional, just pick up a brush or pen and let yourself go!
It is important that you understand that you won’t always feel this way. The darkness will pass and brighter days will come, but if things feel really overwhelming and you don’t see a way out, please reach out and ask for help.
Much love from us all here at Flying Duck!
